Say YAA to Truth

The Youth Against AIDS Festival 2008 - YAA Fest 08 - is all about us young people speaking up and being heard. It's a college-style festival organised to help each other prevent HIV. And encourage one another to do the truth with messages like "True Love Waits."

YAA Fest 08 Theme: Say YAA to Truth!
Let's not remain silent anymore. We, the youth, must be a voice - a LOUD one! In a world that's falling apart, this generation needs to stand firm and prove to the world that purity pays. The young must Say YAA to Truth! The YAA Fest 08 is all about young people spurring each other on to love and good deeds with the Kingdom in mind!

Who'll be there:
Christian college-aged young people and their friends.
High-schoolers (on the younger side) and young professionals (on the upper side of youth)

YAA FEST 08 aims to:
Open up young people to the gritty truth about life, love and HIV/AIDS
Prevent HIV/AIDS by encouraging young people to stay pure - and helping those at risk realise that it is possible to be made whole again
Stop AIDS by empowering young people to keep the promise of life-time faithfulness - promises to God, others and themselves
Allow people with HIV to be heard, the voice for those who are not heard.
